N\u00b0 2003-07049-3-A\u00a0 caratulado \u201c\u00c1REA DE VIVIENDA\/ELEVA CONVENIO MUNICIPALIDAD\u00a0 E\/ CONFRATERNIDAD\u201d y<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong><br \/>\nQue el objeto de este convenio\u00a0 es la de realizar la ejecuci\u00f3n de\u00a0 urbanizaci\u00f3n e infraestructura\u00a0 y 32 viviendas a ejecutar en la calle Arenales s\/n, Distrito Ciudad, Departamento de Rivadavia, que resulta necesario que el H.C.D. Ratifique este convenio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POR ELLO:<\/strong><br \/>\nEl Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Rivadavia, Mendoza, en uso de sus facultades:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ORDENA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo 1\u00ba:<\/strong> Ratificase el Convenio celebrado entre la Municipalidad de Rivadavia y la Coop. de vivienda, Urbanizaci\u00f3n y Serv. \u201cConfraternidad Ltda.\u201d para la financiaci\u00f3n para la ejecuci\u00f3n de Urbanizaci\u00f3n e infraestructura de 32 viviendas,en el marco del programa CREA-HA, variante III, de acuerdo a lo establecido en la Resoluci\u00f3n\u00a0 N\u00b0 940\/00 que obra agregado a fs. 2\/4 del Expte 2003-07049-3-A CARATULADO \u201c\u00c1REA DE VIVIENDA \/ ELEVA CONVENIO MUNICIPALIDAD E\/ CONFRATERNIDAD\u201d, que forma parte integrante del presente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo 2\u00ba:<\/strong> Comun\u00edquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos e ins\u00e9rtese en el Libro de Ordenanzas de este Cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dada en la Sala de Sesiones Bandera Nacional Argentina, del Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Rivadavia, Mendoza, a los 23 d\u00edas del mes de julio de 2003.<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">MARCELO ARBOLEDA<\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">JES\u00daS ONTIVEROS<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">SECRETARIO H.C.D.<\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">PRESIDENTE H.C.D.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Cpde.
