Se hace necesario rectificar los instrumentos contractuales entre la Direcci\u00f3n de Vivienda de la Municipalidad de Rivadavia y la Cooperativa de Vivienda mencionada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POR ELLO:<\/strong><br \/>\nEl Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Rivadavia, Mendoza, en uso de sus facultades<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ORDENA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo 1\u00b0:<\/strong> Ratif\u00edcase el Convenio para la ejecuci\u00f3n\u00a0 de 20 viviendas, sistema por administraci\u00f3n, Programa\u00a0 Municipio y Desarrollo Comunitario entre la Municipalidad de Rivadavia y la Cooperativa\u00a0 de Vivienda \u201cEL BIENESTAR Ltda.\u201d de Rivadavia (Mza.), obrante a fs. 2\/ 6 del Expte. 2000-05122-3-A caratulado \u201cAREA DE VIVIENDA \/ CONVENIO MUNICIPALIDAD\u00a0 c\/\u00a0 COOP.
