{"id":4480,"date":"2015-10-22T15:59:10","date_gmt":"2015-10-22T15:59:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rivadaviamendoza.gob.ar\/hcd\/?p=4480"},"modified":"2015-10-22T15:59:10","modified_gmt":"2015-10-22T15:59:10","slug":"resolucion-15-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coworkdigital.com.ar\/hcd\/resolucion-15-2015\/","title":{"rendered":"Resoluci\u00f3n 15-2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1054 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/rd.gov.ar\/wp4\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/encabezado-300x60.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"669\" height=\"134\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLUCION N\u00ba 015-15<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>VISTO:<\/strong><br \/>\nEl Expediente Municipal N\u00b02015-15384-0, caratulado: \u201cSecretar\u00eda de Gobierno, solicita autorizaci\u00f3n ausentismo del se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal, y<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><br \/>\nQue la solicitud de permiso\u00a0 presentada por el se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal,\u00a0 es por el t\u00e9rmino de trece (13) d\u00edas, a partir del d\u00eda 26 de octubre, hasta el d\u00eda 12 de noviembre de 2015 inclusive, conforme lo establece el Art\u00edculo 97\u00b0 de la Ley N\u00b0 1.079, \u201cOrg\u00e1nica de Municipalidades\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POR ELLO:<\/strong><br \/>\nEl Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Rivadavia, Mendoza, en uso de sus facultades:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESUELVE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo 1\u00ba:<\/strong> Conceder el permiso solicitado por el se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal, Lic. RICARDO MANSUR, para ausentarse del Despacho de Intendencia, desde el d\u00eda 26 de octubre de 2015 y hasta el d\u00eda 12 de noviembre de 2015, inclusive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo 2\u00ba:<\/strong> Intertanto dure la ausencia del titular del Departamento Ejecutivo, las funciones de Intendente Municipal ser\u00e1n ejercidas por la se\u00f1orita Presidenta del Honorable Concejo Deliberante, Concejala FLORINDA SEOANE, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Art\u00edculo 97\u00b0 de la Ley N\u00b0 1.079, Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo 3\u00ba:<\/strong> En el lapso mencionado, la Presidencia del Honorable Concejo Deliberante estar\u00e1 a cargo del Vice-Presidente 1\u00b0 del Cuerpo, Concejal CARLOS JAVIER FORNASARI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo 4\u00ba:<\/strong> Comun\u00edquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos e ins\u00e9rtese en el Libro de Resoluciones de este Cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dada en la Sala de Sesiones \u201cBandera Nacional Argentina\u201d, del Honorable Concejo Deliberante\u00a0 de Rivadavia, Mendoza, a los 22 d\u00edas del mes de octubre de 2015.<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">ORLANDO JAVIER RODRIGUEZ<\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">FLORINDA SEOANE<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">SECRETARIO H.C.D.<\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">PRESIDENTE H.C.D.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Cpde.
