Eleva Rendici\u00f3n Festival 2015 Rivadavia Canta al Pa\u00eds\u201d, y<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><br \/>\nQue, la comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda y Presupuesto ha realizado el estudio de la rendici\u00f3n elevada por el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, no encontr\u00e1ndose objeci\u00f3n a la misma\u00a0 y adjuntando la documentaci\u00f3n solicitada en su oportunidad por los se\u00f1ores Ediles integrantes de esta Comisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POR ELLO:<\/strong><br \/>\nHonorable Concejo Deliberante de Rivadavia, Mendoza, en uso de sus facultades<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESUELVE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo 1\u00ba:<\/strong> Aprobar la rendici\u00f3n del Festival \u201cRivadavia Canta al Pa\u00eds\u201d, Edici\u00f3n 2015, remitido por el Departamento Ejecutivo que obra en el Expediente Municipal N\u00ba 2015-05950-0 a fs. 1\/146 y su documentaci\u00f3n respaldatoria correspondiente a: Detalle de Entradas rendidas por Tipo, Gastos de Organizaci\u00f3n y Contratos de Artistas-Inversi\u00f3n local.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo 2\u00ba:<\/strong> Remitir\u00a0 el presente expediente al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo 3\u00ba:<\/strong> Comun\u00edquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos e ins\u00e9rtese en el Libro de Resoluciones de este Cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dada en la Sala de Sesiones \u201cBandera Nacional Argentina\u201d, del Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Rivadavia, Mendoza, a los 27 d\u00edas del mes de agosto de 2015.<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">ORLANDO JAVIER RODRIGUEZ<\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">FLORINDA SEOANE<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">SECRETARIO H.C.D.<\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">PRESIDENTE H.C.D.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Cpde.
